<p align="justify">Frances Redell-White., President.   Frances brings over 30 years experience to the field of fine arts. Having worked in New York for 17 years, including auctioneer and Director of the Fine Art Department of Tepper Galleries, New York from 1986 – 1993, she has headed her own appraisal firm <a href="http://redellwhite.com/">Appraisal and Consultant Services</a> since 1993 that serves her clients in New York City, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She holds two degrees, including a Masters Degree in Curatorial Studies from New York University specializing in collection management and conservation and has been a member of the Appraisers Association of America, Inc since 1986, with a certification in general personal property from that organization.</p><p align="justify">Kevin Burns, Vice President.  Kevin is a member of the Tampa business community for 30 years, he is a current principal of <a href="http://www.associatedjewelers.com/">Associated Jewelers</a> and previous owner/President of the Tampa Gemological Laboratory.  As a certified gemologist, he has developed a reputation for expertise in the field of fine estate jewelry. Kevin’s passion and commitment for the Tampa Bay community has expanded to include contributions of services to many important non-profit organizations include being a guest auctioneer for The Tampa Bay Center for the Performing Arts.  As founder of the local chapter of Dragon Races, an internationally recognized sport, Kevin has been able to make contributions to other important local organizations including the Moffitt Center for Cancer and Research and The Florida Aquarium. </p><p align="justify">Joe Huchro, Vice President.  Joe has over 27 years of experience in the jewelry and watch industry. He has traveled extensively in South America and South Africa to purchase diamonds, gems and jewelry. Joe has been a member in good standing of the International Watch &amp; Jewelry Guild since 1994 and for the last 20 years Joe has been located on <a href="http://www.associatedjewelers.com/">Kennedy Boulevard</a>.  His understanding and knowledge of the South Tampa market plus Rolex and other fine watch brands has made him a respected member of the Tampa jewelry community.</p><p align="justify">Lisa Semeyn, Administrative Assistant.  <br /></p><p />
